    The amenities here were shockingly subpar, with the indoor pools out of service and the gym looking like a vintage disaster. Don't get me started on the lack of a simple welcome gift. An upgrade wouldve been appropriate after all the issues. I was so close to giving a good review, but just couldn't.

    Clean accommodation, amicable and very pleasant staff especially the Restaurant Manager. New-fashioned & huge unit with balcony. Easy to get to, magnificent location not far from the private beach, the amazing jeep safari and the relaxing haman including salt bath, lather and massasge and the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes' walk to Niagara.

    This family-friendly spot is fantastic with tons of activities! The water park delighted my kids, and the variety of tasty food kept everyone happy. I particularly enjoyed the fun animation team, they really brought life to our evenings with engaging shows!

    For dads, it would be great if snack bars offered more options for cocktails.

    Just the food

    The staff starting from the reception ask for tip, as it's mandatory Very far from everything, and the transportation of low quality The clinic always closed, so they benefit from bringing doctor from outside Very low standards, the atmosphere is so boring, for 75 year-old and elder! Nothing like the pictures They search into our stuff when checking out! You must ask for permition when you leave the hotel and inform them when you're back (Parental care) Locals are so mafia since it's a desperate area with only tourists and few locals

    Why I'm torn on this

    The aqua park was a huge hit with my kids, and the food choices were excellent. Each meal offered something new to try!

    The check-in process was painfully slow, leading to frustration after a long journey. Crowded dining areas often made mealtimes a chaotic affair.

    Central heating, a safe box and TV in the room and the comfortable bed. Excellent setting in the fantastic area, near to the amazing jeep safari and the relaxing haman including salt bath, lather and massasge as well as beach / water park up the road. Besides, excellent for visiting Titreyengol.

    Ideal family getaway

    The food? Wow. Never had such variety and quality, especially loved the seafood section and desserts that were almost too beautiful to eat.

    It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.
